I have recently moved my responsability at Joseph Swan School to the 'Gifted and Talented' department so that I can help mentor, train and hopefully inspire a new round of talent. Running your own business is hard but rewarding work....the work that you and your team do at Big Ideas is very important as it raises expectations and lowers barriers for entry.
