There are several ways to transfer your data. The two options you have are:

export the user directories to disk and send them to our Gateshead office by courier. We will then import the data directly for you.

or

export the data to PST files.

setup the user accounts on our system

remove the users accounts from their email clients

add the PST files as local folders

add the Hosted Exchange accounts to the email clients

drag the folders from the 'personal folders' to the 'Hosted Exchange' accounts

How would I transition from our overloaded version of Exchange 2003 to your hosted system? We have 37 users and over 100Gb of data.

We cant afford any downtime. Do you have a service that can help us to move this data and get the accounts setup?

James, to move to our Hosted Exchange service the steps are:
1) setup your user accounts and aliases on our admin system
2) change your MX records
3) add your Hosted Exchange account to Outlook
4) drag yor inbox to the new account and you are online!

Hi Justin,
You can collect your email on a blackberry, but it currently only does this on a Blackberry using IMAP....we do not support 'push' email, calendar and contacts on Blackberry yet.

Ross, this sounds interesting. Would you service also work with a Blackberry?

My e-mail service is presently hosted by Zen, and I don't think the IMAP functionality works properly.

I'm also running out of space on my price band, so am looking for options...
